Freddy Mujanga

Managing Director

Having graduated with a BTech Degree in Radio Transmissions from ISTA DRC and obtained certificates in Cellular Network Technologies and Electronic Systems from CNED in Grenoble, France.

His technological expertise and growing experience saw Freddy’s appointment to the position of Customer Care and Marketing Manager at Supercell DRC.

Jacques van Rooyen

Founding Director

Jacques is the founder of the International ICT Group, TITC. As a student of Electronic Engineering at the University of Pretoria, Jacques joined the then start-up company Flash Net Systems. There he was charged with overseeing the development and continual expansion of a metropolitan network, which then covered the Greater Tshwane Metropolitan in South Africa.

Marcel Malengo

Legal Officer

Marcel qualified at the Faculty of Law of the Protestant University of Congo in 1995 and is currently finalising a Master’s qualification in International Business Law at the University of Liverpool. Further to his appointment as Advocate at the DRC Court of Appeal, Marcel was recruited as expert advisor to the Congolese Government, with special responsibility for the Ministry of Human Rights.
